Utility Mainline Pipe Foreman

We are currently looking for Experienced Utility Mainline Pipe Foreman to join our team in Littleton, CO.
Our Utility Mainline Pipe Foreman will be responsible for working with the mainline crew. They will supervise the jobsite and ensure each project is being built in compliance with the plans, specifications, and governing authorities.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $35.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.

- Supervise and work with the mainline crew
- Ensure OSHA safety rules and regulations to all workers on the site and maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain job site documentation - Daily job reports, timesheets, PSI's, etc
- Interact with the customer and engineers on a daily basis
- Assist with scheduling of deliveries, staging of materials, and traffic control
- Valid driver license required with a clean motor vehicle report
- Experience with underground utilities - water, sewer, and storm experience
- 4+ years as a construction foreman leading crews
- Ability to be on call 1-week each month (on call compensation provided)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, and punctuality
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Able to work well in stressful situations
- Be a self-motivated team player who can work well with others
- OSHA-10/Trench Safety Training
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Confined Space certification
- Emergency Repair Experience
