**Our Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an **Outside Sales Representative** to take responsibility for growing our** **local business region in the Houston and surrounding Texas areas.

The **Outside Sales Representative** is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in his/her territory. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in peron and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
- Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
- Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
- Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan
- Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activitiy, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs
