**Job Overview**:
As a Client Concierge at So Cal Slim Clinics, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for clients, facilitating their engagement with our weight loss programs and services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prep clients for visit as needed.

**Program Information**
- Provide detailed information about our weight loss programs, services, and offerings.
- Explain the benefits and features of various programs to help clients make informed decisions.

**Appointment Scheduling**
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and program reviews.
- Ensure efficient and timely scheduling to accommodate clients' availability.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate and organized client records checking all client information on every visit.
- Assist in processing paperwork and documentation related to client enrollment.

**Customer Service**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Follow-up and Retention**
- Conduct follow-up calls to check on clients' progress and provide additional support.
- Implement retention strategies to encourage clients to stay committed to their weight loss journey.

**Educational Support**
- Share educational materials and resources to empower clients with knowledge about healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure clients receive comprehensive guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must have 1 or more years of experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with clients.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and weight loss principles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- **Sales experience is a plus**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour plus monthly bonus if the clinic meets goal.

**Expected hours**: 20-40 per week.

**Schedule**:
**Monday to Friday**
- Morning shift 9am-5pm
- Saturday by appointment only

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
- Current Medical Assistant Certification/License

**Work Location**: In person

Pay: $19.74 - $23.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
