- Make outbound fundraising calls on an automated dialer
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Record the donor’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Correctly code calls

- Polling calls
- Survey calls
- Membership calls
- Outreach calls
- Proxy calls

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound fundraising calls on an automated dialer
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Record the donor’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Correctly code calls
