**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Close cooperation with Director of Live, QA and Compliance manager and department managers to continuously improve performance and welfare
- Provides consultation and direction necessary to enable Managers and others to produce eggs, chicks and broilers.
- Directs strategic operational plans in production of eggs, chicks, and broilers
- Directs department managers and others in carrying out approved grow out program.
- Performs/leads/directs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports and records.
- Actively pursues acquisition of information and/or skills related to the management of breeder and hatchery production.
- Must possess a driver’s license
- Performs other duties as required.

**_ $115,000- 125,000 pay based on experience._**
