**About Weld-On**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform required inspection and testing based on established procedures.
- Perform Line process & product audits or “spot checks”
- Perform can & box verification
- Provide mix adjustment recommendations
- Inputs daily quality data and prepare reports
- Perform incoming raw material testing
- Coordinate with R&D, QA & Production for issue resolution
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) as required by Sales and Shipping

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED

**Skills - Technical (Required & Preferred)**
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Experience in distinguishing conforming and non-conforming product

**Skills - Interpersonal (required)**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive rigor to the process

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift 20lbs maximum, Prolonged standing

**Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)**
- 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience working in QC line inspection
