Camp Bow Wow® is a nationally recognized premier pet care service providing a fun, safe, and upscale environment for dogs of all sizes to play, romp, and receive lots of love and attention.
Camp Bow Wow South Asheville seeks exceptional people to provide loving care for dogs and a superior customer service for our pet parents. We are currently interviewing for a full-time Guest Service Agent. Our full-time employees are expected to work 34-40 hours each week and be available for weekend work and holidays.
The Guest Service Agent position is physically demanding and full of daily challenges and victories. If you find yourself saying, “I love dogs more than people”, than this may be a fit for you.
**Requirements**:
Must love dogs and demonstrate no fear across all breeds and sizes.
Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with both pets and people.
Have a positive attitude, are extremely detailed oriented, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Must be able to multi-task.
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. We work when others are enjoying vacation and holidays.
Must be physically able to lift 75+ pounds.
Have a reliable personal vehicle.
Be available to work during the hours of 7am-7:30pm.
Must be 18.
Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Previous dog daycare and boarding or veterinary reception experience helpful, but not required.

**Responsibilities**:
Great pet parents promptly.
Escort dogs to the back of house cabin area.
Process credit card and cash payments.
Be knowledgeable of our services.
Upsell services.
Manage client concerns in a timely fashion.
Review vaccine records.
General cleaning assignments during slow periods.
Respond to escalations in the play yards.
Perform duties of Camp Counselor during slow periods.
**Benefits**:
Paid Time Off (PTO) for full time employees (34-40 hours) after the one-year anniversary of employment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
