WhyGen Solar is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Energy Consultant. This position offers a commission-based income structure and is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about renewable energy solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their solar energy needs, assess their property's suitability for solar installation, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless transition to solar energy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**:
