- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- **Keep track of home sales / inventory across the portfolio.**:

- **Establish working relationship with management partners to facilitate data collection.**:

- **Consolidate large data sets of Key Performance Indicators into CRM database.**:

- **Constantly monitor home and lead data in the CRM database to ensure accuracy.**:

- **Oversee the CRM projects to ensure consistency across the portfolio.**:

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred.**:

- **Proven experience in operations analysis, data management, accounting, or related field within the real estate industry.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.**:

- **Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.**:

- **Proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel, accounting software, and CRM software.**:

- **Excellent communication and presentation skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**:

- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
