We are currently a Managed Services Provider looking for a Help Desk Service Technician to join our team in our Woodlands office. The Help Desk Service Technician will work in the supporting our clients throughout the Greater Houston Metro Area.

Roles for the position include but are not limited to:
Setting up and maintenance of client networks

Resolving all types of Windows server and desktop issues

Setup and migration of Office 365

Setup of both site to site and client to site VPNs

Maintenance of Active Directory

Virus/Malware removals

The employee will also be required to prepare a variety of online tickets to document work in progress, completed work, and other necessary information. Hours for this position are from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. There is a rotating on call between techs, requiring some after hours or weekend work.

To be successful in this position you will need:
Experience with Windows XP -11

Experience with Windows Server 2003 - 2019

Minimal experience with Linux and Apple products

High school education or equivalent

3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training

Experience in Managed Services as a computer technician is preferred
