**Hourly rate**:$22-26 per hour depending on experience

**General Description**:
**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Production Schedules: Set daily production schedules in order to maintain sufficient inventory and fulfill orders.
- Data entry: Utilize logistics spreadsheets and inventory database to ensure all material and product are recorded. Provide product supply, pricing and order status updates to customers as needed.
- Effectively manage the coordination and scheduling of drivers and equipment for maximum utilization, while meeting customer needs.
- Manage driver scheduling and load dispatching with focus on efficiency, cost effectiveness, customer service and compliance.
- Effectively utilize dispatch tools to help coordinate all drivers and equipment.
- Assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Serve as sales support.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics/ related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience working in a dispatch department or equivalent logistics/ transportation coordinator position
- Proficient in Microsoft office programing, specifically Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple timelines at once
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to think on feet and make changes to plans often
- Must be able to work effectively under both direct and indirect supervision
- Must be extremely organized and pay close attention to detail
- Preferred:_
- Experience working in an agronomy company

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
