Who we are looking for

We are excited to add a new Running Specialty Group (RSG) Partner Representative to our Nike North America RSG Marketplace team. We are looking for a Representative who will develop and implement sales strategies with key accounts in the Southwest region to bring our Running marketplace strategy to life

You will bring a passion for and demonstrate an understanding of the vertical running industry, its competitive landscape & the consumer dynamics that are shaping modern running culture We are looking for experience in multiple areas, including sales strategy, business development and operations. We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace. What you will work on

As a RSG Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations.

Who you will work with

In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and a member of the Running Authenticators team. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Operations & Planning.

What you bring
- 2+ years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the Running Industry in retail or sales is strongly preferred
- Proven leadership ability
- Passionate about running, preferably an enthusiast and a participant
- Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
- Strong working knowledge of the running industry and trends in the marketplace
- Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
- Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
- Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
