**What You’ll Do**

A **Franchise Support Specialist - Tech Focus **supports Franchise Operations across the U.S. through data management, customer service, and technical support.
- Handles the day-to-day technical support needs of franchisees and staff
- Ensures that all technical processes are functioning and documented
- Manages Google Workspace, Maps, and Drive accounts by assisting franchisees and staff with technical issues, assisting with computer hardware and software setups, phone systems, and company CRM needs
- Provide ongoing root-cause analysis to put solutions in place that minimize repetitive requests and maximize end-user productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assists other Franchise Support Staff with day-to-day support of active franchisees

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Familiarity with Slack (or similar) also a plus
- Experience with support ticketing systems like Helpscout, Zen Desk etc... desired
- Prior experience operating in a related industry desired
- Must have access to reliable transportation to our office in Scottsdale.
- This is an in-person role.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** include but are not limited to:

- Able to hear and speak to customers in person and/or by phone.
- Able to see and read on computer screen and paper.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to move throughout the building, around office, stock room and lift 30lbs.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour to start. This will be reassessed after 90 days of successful team participation.
