- Delivers customer service to exceed customers' expectations by responding to their needs with a sense of urgency.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Communicates effectively with store manager regarding store, employee and customer needs.
- Coordinates with vendors and order supplies (like) cups, milk, coffee and other ingredients

Must have experience as a barista or in a related position.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Available to work flexible hours including: mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
- A passion for hospitality and guest service
- An outgoing and energetic disposition
- A polished and stylish presence

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
