**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify leads by generating existing and new business opportunities in Truckload Services in the Food industry market.
- Map clients' transportation requirements and tailor solutions to meet their service needs.
- Engage with shipper decision-makers to secure new business and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with our operations and customer service teams to provide the best price and service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track progress, manage leads, and report sales activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

**Skills**:

- Desire to gain knowledge of the transportation industry, including understanding customer development and marketing to new prospects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with customers.
- Self-driven and motivated with a results-oriented attitude in achieving success.

Pay: $19.55 - $23.54 per hour
