**Position**: Facility Maintenance Technician

**Summary Description**: The Facility MaintenanceTechnican is responsible for managing the daily safety regulations and maintenance ranging from pumps/meters to trucks.

**Worksite**: The facility is in **Houston, Texas (Houston Ship Channel Area). **The company’s headquarters are in Terrytown, Louisiana (the Greater New Orleans Area).

**Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some overtime and work-related travel, including weekends, may be required from time to time.

**Essential Duties**:

- Record keeping with Maintenance logs, Safety checks, tank inspections, etc.
- Ensure that the facility, equipment, and property are maintained and kept in good working order.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
- Review and assist with agreements and contracts.
- Complete paperwork.
- Write reports and basic business correspondence.
- Maintain processing agreements.
- Assist with operations and capital budgets.
- Interact and communicate effectively with various individuals and groups.
- Enforce company policy.
- Coordinate and maintain quality health, safety, security, and environmental protocols in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate schedules with production for routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
- Locate price-competitive vendors.
- Hold safety meetings and training when necessary.
- Complete special projects.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements/Drug Screen**: All offers of employment are conditioned on passing a drug screen and a fit-for-duty physical examination.

John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is an EOE, including disability/vets.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Three to five years of work experience in lubricants or a related field or industry.
- Three to five years of work experience in a supervisory role.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and similar software programs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
