Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  2. Pool and Spa Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our pools and spas, including water quality testing and chemical adjustments.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment and other machinery to ensure they are in good working order.
  4. Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor grounds, including landscaping and trash removal.
  5. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or facility damage, and take necessary steps to resolve the issue.
  6. Supply Management: Order and manage maintenance supplies, including chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  7. Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • 5+ Years of Commercial Experience: Required, with experience in building systems, including swimming pools
  • Basic Computer Skills: Required, including ability to use software and hardware systems
  • Clear Driving Record: Required, with valid Texas Driver's License
Working Conditions

This is a full-time non-exempt position, requiring occasional weekend or evening hours in emergency situations. Travel may be required to centers within the Greater Houston area.
