**Position Hiring For**:Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Consult with customers and review services owed from their point of purchase of their vehicle.
- With excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently exemplify Winn Auto Group’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, employee relations, and customer service.
- Oversee the progress of each vehicle daily and provide speedy updates to customers.
- You will play a role in striving to increase profitability by maximizing sales & retail promotions.
- Assist in ensuring the technician's complete customer’s vehicles in a timely manner, ordering parts that are needed, and ensuring the work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Work with the Service Manager to create and document Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1-year automotive service advisor experience
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Ability to work in a team setting, be coachable, and be accountable
- Positive attitude, high energy, friendliness
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
