**Duties**:

- Utilize data analysis platforms (e.g. R, Python, Tableau, MS Excel) to enable cost estimating and decision support methods, innovations, and incentives to all stages of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes.
- Prepare oral and written reports and presentations and frequently briefs analyses to middle and top management within the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Establish a focal point for specific IT-related cost factors, performing cost-estimating analysis and representing the CIO when making recommendations for their development or improvement.
- Support IT program analysts within the Army IT community to ensure that on-going cost and economic reviews support PPBE-related products and analyses.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- May be required to travel outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area up to 10 percent of the time. While most travel includes frequent short trips, occasional long trips may occur.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
