**Position Summary**:
Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Bloomington, Illinois.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Your shift pattern will most likely start out on Night Shift (7pm-7am) but can change as you get experience and seniority**_

**Schedule**: Full-time, 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. Work only half of the calendar month (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off).

**Pay**:

- Up to $7500 SIGN ON BONUS
- Starting rate $30.64, with an increase after 120 days to $33.60. Potential to earn up to $37.79
- 4 hours of guaranteed overtime at 1.5x every other week
- Additional overtime opportunities at 1.5x

**Principal duties including but not limited to**:

- Perform duties in accordance with all Safety Procedures including those mandated by NFPA 70E.
- Utilize electronic test equipment (including computers) as well as schematics and technical manuals.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and building equipment.
- Communicate and document troubleshooting efforts as well as recommend solutions to the problem**.**:

- Functional knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic
- Read technical drawings and schematics
- Measuring devices and their uses
- Fabrication
- OSHA safety rules for manufacturing plants, including electrical safety and LOTO
- Troubleshooting with mínimal supervision

- Operation and use of power tools
- Functional knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
- Functional ability to clearly communicate via electronic media

**Minimum Qualifications**:

3+ years of industrial maintenance in multi-craft environment

OR

3+ years high tech maintenance related military experience

OR

Completed program & 2 year industrial maintenance experience

OR

Associates Degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or related field.
