**Parts Coordinator**

Centrisys/CNP is an established company and a leader in the centrifuge manufacturing industry. We are an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise with great opportunities for advancement.

We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Technicians to identify repair parts and components needed for the service & repair projects.
- Source, order, and expedite delivery of repair parts from internal warehouse, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely availability to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of repair parts inventory, including stock levels, usage, and reorder points, using inventory management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and accuracy of incoming repair parts shipments, noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder repair parts as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repair parts warranty claims, returns, and exchanges as necessary.
- Provide support to maintenance teams by expediting urgent repair parts orders and assisting with parts inquiries and requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to optimize repair parts management processes and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in parts coordination, procurement, or inventory management within an industrial maintenance or repair environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to use measuring tools; i.e.: calipers and micrometers.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with maintenance teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and repair parts terminology is a plus.
- Pre-employment background check & drug screening required.

**Pay**:

- $18 - $22 based on experience

**Location**:

- Kenosha, WI

**Hours**:

- Monday thru Friday; 6 AM - 2:30 PM
