We are passionate about supporting people to heal from chronic health conditions and optimize their health, so they can live to their full potential. Our specialty areas of focus are fatigue, thyroid, gut, hormone, infection and autoimmune conditions.

We work hard to provide our practice members with the tools and support they need, and to create a community for healing. Our philosophy focuses on building the pillars of health
- nutrition, energy, hormones, detox, gut health, and mentorship. There is also a strong emphasis on mental, emotional and spiritual health. We use individualized wellness programs that include education, specialty testing, lifestyle recommendations and supplement protocols to support our clients to create a new state of health.

Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a Health Coach to help facilitate our programs with our practice members. You will work alongside our naturopathic medicine practitioners, nurse practitioners and medical doctors to coach our practice members on our curriculum and their individualized treatment plans. You will run our weight loss program-coaching clients to their weight loss goals. You will be performing biofeedback, radio frequency weight loss, LET services. Assisting clients with their supplement protocols and coordinating their care with their providers. You’ll be part of a team: tracking clients, training, conducting discovery calls with potential clients, and supporting outreach to the greater community.

**You will be responsible for**:

- day-to-day practice member communication.
- coaching calls.
- Must be willing to provide nutritional support for clients using GLP1
- Must have an understanding on how to assist clients in lowering their glucose levels
- building nutrition and wellness plans, adjusting plans as needed.
- tracking and charting on practice member progress.
- creating and facilitating education.
- leading group classes.
- discovery calls with prospective clients.
- assistance with outreach activities like webinars and in-person talks.
- provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- attending trainings.

**Required qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in health coaching / functional medicine required.

Ability to work with a variety of online platforms, technology literate.

Certification in Health Coaching preferred. Training in integrative and functional medicine is a must.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
