What You Will Do: The Occupational Therapist will prescribe, delegate and coordinate the patient plan of care for rehabilitation. The OT establishes a prognosis, and plan of treatment, implementsoccupational therapytreatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care. The OT is responsible to re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment, collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery.This profesisonal will alsosupervise occupational therapy assistants. What You Will Need: Bachelors of Occupational Therapy At least 6 months in home health setting preferred. Valid State of WI Driver\'s License with acceptable driving record required. Current BLS certification through AHA(or ability to obtain at time of hire).
