Black Digital is seeking an Account Manager to join our amazing team

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with strategists to develop tailored strategies for clients.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance.
- Effectively communicate campaign strategies and results to clients.
- Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Stay informed about the nonprofit sector, including relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for nonprofit clients to engage with their target audiences effectively.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on nonprofit clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Proven experience in account management within a marketing agency
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of nonprofit sector trends and challenges is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and some Microsoft platforms.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
