**Program Manager - Patient Blood Management**

Take your career to the next level as you direct the development and implementation of programs and projects that optimize the use of blood products. Oversee short
- and long-term business planning while managing assigned budgets. Work with IT teams to build and maintain PBM dashboards and reports. Conduct statistical analyses. Facilitate regular meetings to share vital information with program chairs and committee members. Serve as an educational resource for staff. Identify and address opportunities to improve and grow the program. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a better tomorrow.
This is a full-time position that works Monday - Friday.
**Required Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- At least 5 years of nursing experience or a minimum of 7 years experience in hospital administration or quality
- Demonstrated leadership ability through relationship management, program/project management skills and quality/performance improvement knowledge.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills to direct work, drive engagement and resolve complex program/project issues
**Preferred Criteria**
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Hospital-based experience

**Salary Range**:
$145,000-$193,000/Annual
