**Summary / Role Purpose**

The Principal Product Manager will provide support for our leading product within the Semiconductor Business Unit -** RedHawk-SC**. This role offers the chance to collaborate with exceptional R&D teams on a global scale.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Leads product initiatives within core competency of semiconductor power integrity and reliability for industry flagship product, RedHawk-SC
- Technology evangelist, providing deep use case knowledge for area of core competency
- Engages with critical customers for planning, roadmap, and deployment of solutions
- Provides thought leadership in technical public forums: Conferences, Field Events, Executive round tables, etc.
- Partners with ACE and sales to drive business
- Responsible for the entire product life cycle, from its functional description through product launch to retirement

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 12 years of combined experience in engineering, computer aided engineering (CAE) simulations, pre-sales support, sales, or customer engagement, or master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience
- Experience developing strategic initiatives and GTM strategies based on market foresight
- Ability to clearly communicate the business value of technical innovations to senior leadership

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, business, or science, 15+ years of combined experience in engineering, CAE simulations, or technical sales
- Ability to provide thought leadership across multiple disciplines
- Ability to prepare updates to executive and senior leadership team on product deliverables, strategy and key financial metrics
