Method to the Melody has been inspiring and teaching young musicians while also helping aspiring musicians make money in their field in the Bay Area for over a decade. Our number one priority, before even our own clientele, is taking care of our fantastic group of teachers, you don't work FOR US you work WITH US Our mission is to foster a love for music in a supportive and engaging environment. As we expand our services in Contra Costa County, we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and punctual individuals to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach music lessons to children in a variety of settings within Contra Costa County.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about students' progress and any areas needing improvement.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Proficiency in one or multiple musical instruments and/or singing experience.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music and education.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
