**Responsibilities**:

- Generate roofing sales leads, mostly through self-generation efforts, while capitalizing on the abundant leads provided by the company.
- Conduct thorough roofing assessments and present customers with detailed product information and estimates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Uphold our culture of quality and outstanding customer service in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Initial 6-week probationary period: $14/hour base, plus uncapped commissions
- Post-probation weekly Salary - $600 weekly base, plus uncapped commissions
- $100 Weekly allowance for vehicle, fuel and phone expenses
- $600 weekly advance towards commissions
