- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in POS (Point of Sale) systems and other restaurant management software
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in inventory control and cost management
- Culinary background is a plus
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of banquet operations is desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices
