Sales Support Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Hours**:
- 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday (30min lunch)
- 7:30am - 1:30pm Friday
- This is a non-exempt position
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative**
- Assist team with sales order administrative tasks and coordination (i.e. filing, printing paperwork & labels, mailing invoices, etc.).
- Co-share the responsibility for receiving and preparing sales orders for data entry. Analyze, edit, and interpret incoming orders for completeness of product information, pricing, shipping instructions, etc. Clarify and correct order discrepancies as needed.
**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Sort out product issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate the implementation of accurate product information across the entire distribution channel, including distributor internal systems, websites and portals.
**Inside Sales Responsibilities**
- Develop meaningful relationships with channel partners to encourage trust and loyalty so Bevco becomes their preferred seating supplier.
- Make outbound calls to existing channel partner sales representatives to strengthen relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Deliver effective product and sales training presentations via Microsoft Teams.
- Follow up on sales leads.
Take the initiative to find ways to enhance the overall customer experience with Bevco.
Serve as backup to front office staff, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service position.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Organization skills are a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work independently.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated energy and initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Work well in a small-team setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
