We are on the lookout for a talented Front End Developer with a strong focus on React to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for crafting the client-side of our web services, turning UI/UX designs into reality and ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new user-facing features specifically using React.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Maintain and improve website.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with React.
- Proficient understanding of Tailwind.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience with React and popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $104,105.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Performance bonus

Experience level:

- 3 years

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Front-end development: 1 year (preferred)
- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- React: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Philadelphia, PA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
