This is a contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with a possibility of going permanent. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
**Responsibilities**:- Work proactively and accurately within daily deadlines- Partner, research, and communicate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries- Host client relationship/service calls on an as needed basis- Assist with customer installations and conversions- Be curious Ask questions to better understand client needs; provide education to clients on new products and services or ones not yet utilized that could be beneficial to their business- Monitor daily trading activity and communicate to clients as needed- Anticipate, research, and resolve issues concerning trading, disbursements, income, new accounts, and fund transfers- Review overdraft reports and submit customer instructions to the Trust Company- Become well versed on internal processes, products, and services offered while speaking confidently, proficiently, and answering questions from clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience preferred- Ability to maintain a positive relationships with clients- Strong self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines- Ability work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint- Experience with Salesforce is a plus- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both verbal and written
