**About us**
Todllers Town is searching for a Director for a new program licensed for children in a quiet suburban area in Peabody Ma
We are seeking a professional who has experience in educational administration and detailed knowledge of state EEC rules and regulations for a day care center
Your tasks and responsibilities as Director will be**:Manage day-to-day operations: prepare staffing schedules, maintain classroom ratios, order food and school supplies; plan, prepare for and oversee various school events; conduct tours; process new enrollments, etc. ** Maintain accurate student and staff files **Maintain school records in compliance with EEC regulations ** Evaluate and refine the existing curriculum, assist staff in implementing lesson plans **Passionately promote the center and maintain a positive and ethical environment ** Hire, train and supervise new staff members **Must be Director Qualified by EEC ** 2-3 years experience in supervisory or management role preferred **Exceptional customer service skills ** Computer/technology literacy **Strong organizational skills ** Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through with tasks **Create and maintain positive relationship with families and staff Benefits package includes**: Competitive salary **Generous paid vacation time ** Paid sick/personal time **Paid winter break and holiday closures ** Medical and life insurance **Discounted child care **
Todders Town is a completely new childcare facility servicing the North Shore. We are seeking a EEC certified director to hire and, direct a passionate and committed staff to care for and educate young children in a fully equipped and supportive program consisting of over 6000 sq./ft., large outdoor play ground, music lesson room, fully air conditioned and full kitchen located in a pleasant suburban neighborhood with off street parking

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and meet EEC requirements for Director 1
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Have strong references
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and effective multitasking skills
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
