**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1. Executive Support**: Provides high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
**2. Strategic Planning**: Assists in developing and implementing strategic initiatives outlined in the Operations Business Plan to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
**3. Project Management**: Oversees various projects and initiatives outlined in the Operations Business Plan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
**4. Communication**: Serves as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, communicating priorities, decisions, and updates effectively.
**5. Data Analysis**: Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the organization, supporting the objectives of the Operations Business Plan.
**6. Process Improvement**: Streamlines operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness, in alignment with the goals of the Operations Business Plan.
**7. Team Coordination**: Collaborates with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts in support of the Operations Business Plan.
**8. Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations and projects outlined in the Operations Business Plan.
**9. Problem Solving**: Identifies and resolves operational issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner, addressing any obstacles to achieving the objectives of the Operations Business Plan.
**10. Ad Hoc Support**: Provides additional support to the COO and other senior executives as needed in furtherance of the Operations Business Plan.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

**Compensation**: 60,000-70,000
