**Project - In-taking and Training**
- Remote position, laptop will be provided.
- Employee must be located in the PST time zone and required to work PST hours (8:30am - 5:30am PST)

**TOP 5 SKILLS**
- Must be extremely organized and keep track of intake progress
- Be able to lead meetings with cross-functional partners and follow-up/close action items
- Have confidence to provide process improvement feedback and look for better ways to do things
- Strong PowerPoint / VISIO (process flow) skills to provide process improvement changes and leadership updates
- Self-starter; If they have experience using Asana, that would be preferred but not required.
- Looking for an experienced Project Coordinator that can work independently.
- Should be able to understand all product offers, internal systems, lead cross functional meetings, and have strong public speaking skills.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage all video Marketing intake requests.
- Determine the type of support needed, assign support, and follow-up on pending action items (i.e. more information is required from requestors, etc.).
- This also means identifying the requests that get incorrectly submitted through our queue.
- This role requires a strong understanding of product offerings, ordering systems, determining support needed based on intake requirements, and knowing which teams to engage.
- Create new processes.
- Educate stakeholders on the new process and enforce the process.
- Be able to make adjustments to the process if things continue to not work.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to host a governance call
- Create leadership reports
- Manage our Decisioning University (DU) training, host calls with trainers, provide feedback on the training page to improve DU experience
Pay Range: $35 - $40/HR W2
