We are looking for an Administrative professional to join our team Duties would include (but not be limited to) creating proposals, coordinating schedules and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Work day is 8:00am - 5:00pm. This is an in-person job, not remote.
- Detail-oriented and punctual
- Positive and proactive demeanor
- Strong typing and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office**:

- Have previous office experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to supervisory staff and President
- Create and manage contracts and agreements
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports
- Assist with special projects as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
