Real Dog Box is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization at the forefront of real dog treats and chews. We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive's office by providing administrative and operational support.

Part Time
- Tuesday - Friday

8am
- 12pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Support**:

- Filing and Data Entry: Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
- Scan documents and ensure proper digital storage.
- Maintaining Office Supplies: Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure the office remains presentable.

**Departmental Support**:

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Preparing and distributing documents and reports.
- Assist in coordinating operational tasks and projects.
- Run errands and pick up supplies as needed

**Technology and AI Support**:

- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity.
- Assist in training staff on the use of AI tools and technologies.
- Help integrate AI solutions into daily operations to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and technology to provide relevant support and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the dog industry is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
