- Supervise and coordinate with contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to established completion timelines.
- Estimate project costs, manage budgets, and procure necessary equipment, materials, and labor.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, and track resource allocation throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functionality of homes.
- Perform site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks, resolving issues as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism highly desired.
- Previous experience in construction management or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequencing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets for construction projects.
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in preparing construction schedules and cost estimates.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials and equipment.
- Comfortable with computers and MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Experience in conflict resolution and management.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment.
- Ability to provide clear direction.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
