**Position Description**:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the development of an agency-wide training curriculum for delivery to Department employees.

This position designs, develops, implements, revises, and evaluates courseware that meets both training industry and Department standards and any identified performance goals or business objectives. This position collaborates with Department leadership regarding employee training, development, and accomplishments, and coordinates computer-based training as needed, including outreach or special events.

Additionally, this position assesses the present and future needs to develop educational goals and objectives, initiate related curriculum, instructor guides, reports, and correspondence, and prepares audio and visual materials related to the assigned training areas.

Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Products, Snag-it, Google Workspace.

**Experience Required**:
1 - 4 years’ experience.

**Experience Preferred**:
1 year experience.

**Education Required**:
High School Diploma.
