Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery
    • Conducts hands-on training sessions for both new and existing staff on the warehouse floor, focusing on equipment operation and job-specific tasks.
    • Instructs on the safe handling of machinery and powered equipment, including RF scanners and forklifts.
    • Provides comprehensive training on operational protocols and procedures.
    • Ensures adherence to safety regulations and promotes a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintains accurate training records and verifies completion of training milestones.
    • Participates in daily production analysis and inventory management activities.
    • Reports any discrepancies or quality issues to management.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Conducts routine safety inspections of equipment and ensures compliance with safety standards.
    • Communicates any incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
  • Additional Duties
    • Performs various tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is required.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively during training sessions
  • Adaptable to various tasks while adhering to a structured daily checklist
  • Experience with HR and Office Administration tasks as necessary
