As a Booking Agent, you'll be responsible for securing bookings for our artists and managing their performance schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue performance opportunities for our artists, including live shows, gigs, and events in local venues.
- Build and maintain relationships with venue owners, event organizers, and other industry contacts to secure bookings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of our artists, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate logistics for performances, including scheduling, set-up, and payment arrangements.
- Track and manage bookings, schedules, and payments to ensure timely and accurate execution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Booking Agent or in a similar role within the music industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the local music scene and key venues in the area.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets on a commission basis.
- Proven track record of successful booking and event management.
