This position is responsible for filling client orders daily and assisting other mailroom/warehouse functions as needed.
- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Ability to match letters, reply forms, and envelopes for insertion into envelopes
- Product fulfillment, assemble boxes, prepare boxes with ordered product, seal and meter
- Familiar with all machines in mailroom, meter, folder-inserter, folders
- Proficient back-up in Mach 5 and T-writer machines, including mColor and other accompanying software
- Proficient in the setup and printing of letters, envelopes, reply devices, etc., on various sizes of paper
- Ability to use company software to import database information needed for data-merging
- Assist with issuing or distributing materials, products, and supplies to co-workers
- Assist with storing items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses
- Occasional driving of company vehicle
- Able to meet deadlines daily
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:_
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products
- Previous Warehouse experience
- Previous Mailroom or Industrial printing a plus
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to become certified operating a forklift
- Possession of a valid and appropriate Arizona Driver’s License; have an acceptable driving record and qualify for insurability to the Company’s insurance carrier.
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines for all projects scheduled
- **PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT**:_
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Able to work in loud environment around mailroom equipment
- Able to operate a forklift, power stacker, pallet jack, and hand truck

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
