**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of information

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette for clear and respectful communication
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are beneficial

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
