Assistant Community Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to join our growing team
**Role overview**:
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive and active community. You'll work closely with the Community Manager to serve our residents every day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring smooth functioning and resident satisfaction
- Maintain and update property management software to track resident information, leases, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition for residents
- Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community rules and regulations, addressing any violations or disputes
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Assist with budgeting and financial management of the community
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of office, administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Experience in upselling additional services or amenities to residents
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices is preferred
**Salary**: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
