Screen Technician for Print Shop

Stretches screen fabric across frame, tensions fabric to required specification, adheres mesh to frame, and labels screen.
- Prepares screen for stencil adhesion.
- Coating of the screens with the appropriate emulsion.
- Utilize CTS unit to image stencil
- Expose and develop stencil
- Tapes and blocks out perimeter of screen.
- Checks for and repairs pinholes in screen.
- Maintains adequate screen making supplies.
- Performs general maintenance on screen making equipment.
- Reclaims and prepare screens for reuse
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Responsible for other screen room tasks.
