Role Overview
The position of Service Advisor is crucial within our organization. You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle issues, and your role will be pivotal in fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Exhibit a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to provide optimal repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Propose additional services and repairs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Calculate the costs of parts and labor, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate customer appointments and keep them informed about their vehicle's progress.
- Ensure all services are executed to the highest standards.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills over the phone.
- Focus on building enduring relationships between the dealership, yourself, and the clientele.
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction scores that meet or exceed district benchmarks.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the automotive sector is preferred. Candidates should have a background in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Familiarity with DealerTrack or automotive software systems is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
- Ability to pass a standard drug screening.
