At ARMA, people are our differentiator. The Operations Analyst Data Aggregation & Mitigation Support - Level 2 compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities will include researching and modeling military systems performance and operations; developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings.- Coordinate data aggregation & mitigation support with the DoD, the IC, industry, and academia.- Provides advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.- Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.- Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.- Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.- Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.-
- Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.- May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.- May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations.- Advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment.- Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.- Ability to serve as a technical team or task leader.- Works independently under limited supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associate Degree

Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent

Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership Experience- Special Operations Experience- US Citizenship Required
