Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in wholesale sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in technical sales and the ability to explain complex products in a simple manner
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Chinese requested
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of technology and appliance sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customers

Pay: $17.84 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- North Bergen, NJ 07047 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- North Bergen, NJ 07047: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
