**Who We Are**:
In collaboration with our parent company, Telus International, we've launched **Fuel iX,** an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly.

**Location & Flexibility**:
This role will have the option to be in a **Work From Near (Hybrid)** capacity based out of one of our offices in Boston, MA, Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, OH, Durham, NC **OR** in a **Work From Anywhere (Remote)** capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected.

**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Align marketing strategies with product capabilities and market needs
- Implement A/B optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectives
- Work with content and design teams to manage the completion of content development and artifacts for publication

**Qualifications**:

- 3-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
- Demonstrable experience in successfully scaling and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth
- Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with a particular interest in AI and enterprise software solutions
- Ability to successfully partner and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with market automation and digital analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on market needs
- Autonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewarded
