We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified sales professionals for our organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with some of the best insurance sales agents in the business and have the opportunity to bring innovative recruiting ideas to the table. This is rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with Director of Operations and Managing Partners to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Conduct employment offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to build a talent pipeline
- Manage various Human Resources tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse personalities constructively
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cold calling and sourcing techniques
